To prevent tarnishing or undue wear and tear, we recommend taking off your jewelry while sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising. Storing your jewelry in a jewelry box or sealed bag or container will help preserve it. If your metal jewelry becomes tarnished, give it a quick dip in Tarn-X (available in store that sell metal polish, and online); then rinse it with cool water and gently pat it dry.
